Refunds for tests purchased from our website are allowed if requested within 21 days from receipt of payment AND prior to submission of the clinical specimen or environmental sample to the laboratory. Once the specimen or sample has been given to the shipping company for delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund. The refund amount will be 75% of the purchase price. Shipment and Results

RealTime Laboratories knows that your pets are family. Not being able to communicate with them when they are ill makes it even more difficult to diagnose them. If you have discovered mold in your house and have been diagnosed with mycotoxin poisoning, there is a fair chance your pet could be suffering from it too. Because they are lower to the ground and eating on the floor, they could start showing symptoms earlier than their humans.

RTL can accept and test a sample from any animal that is able to produce 3mL of urine. If you cannot collect urine from your animal by yourself at home, your veterinarian should be able to extract it for you.
