We are a CAP (College of American Pathologists) and CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) certified laboratory and are dedicated to assisting physicians and licensed healthcare professionals in providing excellent medical care to patients who have been exposed to environmental hazards, such as mold toxins (mycotoxins). The testing undertaken by RealTime Laboratories, Inc. (RTL) is unique in its ability to determine if a patient's health problems are associated with toxic mold exposure. We conduct immunoassays to determine the presence of mycotoxins in humans. 

In addition to testing for mold/mycotoxins in humans, we are capable of conducting DNA testing to determine the presence of fungal organisms that produce the toxins in humans.

We also offer an Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein (OxLDL) Test. Oxidized LDL is a precursor to hardening of the arteries. The presence is an early indicator of high blood pressure, possible heart attack, stroke, and diabetes. 

Finally, we offer Fungal Culture and Final ID, and Bacterial Culture and Final ID Tests.
